Services and Amenities

House Aperitif: every Sunday evening.
Pool and Essentia Spa: free access throughout your stay to our beautiful indoor and outdoor pool and Essentia Spa, featuring Finnish sauna, herbal bio-sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp path, relaxation area with loungers, and a selection of herbal teas.
Bathrobe and sauna towel: available for the duration of your stay.
- On request: slippers available at €1.50
- On request: bathrobe change at €10.00
- Bathrobes will be collected the evening before departure.
Fitness room: free access, fully equipped for your workouts.
Breakfast: rich buffet with organic and wholegrain products, choice of bread and jams, homemade sweets by our pastry chef.
Dinner: our Chef offers a 4-course menu every evening, combining innovation and tradition. Special menus available for food intolerances.
Note: any meals not consumed during the stay are non-refundable.

Parking: one parking space per room in our indoor garage.

Val Gardena Mobil Card: free use of all South Tyrol buses, exclusively for our guests.
Val Gardena Active: participation in free guided excursions, in collaboration with the Selva di Val Gardena Tourist Association.

Guests with Pets

We accept small dogs for a fee, food not included.
Areas not allowed: dining room, bar, wellness center.
Please bring a bed or blanket. Any damage to furniture or equipment will be charged.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Late check-out will be subject to an additional charge.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, Bancomat, Visa, and Euro/Mastercard.
According to current Italian law, cash payments exceeding €5,000 are not allowed. Amounts above this can be paid by credit card or bank transfer at least 2 days before departure.

Deposit and Booking

To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit per room within 10 days of reservation.
Room bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (using the online payment option in the confirmation email).

Cancellation Policy

Room bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, which can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay: deposit retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 30 days, late arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Unexpected events can always occur: delays, cancellations, or early departures may incur charges.
Our travel cancellation insurance (Europäische Assicurazioni) protects you financially in case of:
• Late arrival
• Early departure
• Cancellation of the stay for valid reasons (illness, unforeseen events)
With an active policy, expenses incurred for the stay will be reimbursed directly by the insurance, avoiding any inconvenience.
